Are you coming by plane?
The nearest airport to Ferrara is the Marconi international airport of Bologna, which is only at 45 Km and 40 minutes by cab (€80,00 transfer cost).
From the Bologna airport, take the ring road to Ancona, and then, the highway A13 in the direction of Padova. Quit at Ferrara Nord exit and follow the indications to the centre.
From Venice airport, follow the indications for the A4 highway to Padova, then, take the motoway junction to the A13 highway in the direction of Bologna, quit the highway at Ferrara Nord exit and follow the indications to the centre.
From Verona airport take the A4 highway to Padova and then, the A13 to Bologna.
From Milano airport take the A1 highway to Bologna and then, the A13 to Padova. In any case, quit the highway at Ferrara Nord tollgate, to easily get to the centre.
The Annunziata hotel is easy to find: we are in the historical centre, just in front of the Estense Castle.

Are you coming by train?
From the Ferrara railway station, take a cab (€ 7,00) and ask them to bring you to the Annunziata hotel. You can as well walk from the station to the hotel (it's 15 minutes) in the direction of the centre.
Are you coming by car?
Quit the A13 highway at the Ferrara Nord tollgate and follow the direction to the centre and to the Annunziata hotel. We are situated just in front of the Estense Castle, in a pedestrian area, but you may drive right to the front of the hotel arriving from Viale Cavour and then turn into Largo Castello.
In case you come by bike, or by solex [it happened], then... wow! You're great!!
We have a safe inside parking for you bike during the night.
