On March 25th 1990 the Annunziatahotel in Ferrara opened its doors to offer a fresh and new form of hospitality.
For our 21st birthday, we decided to give ourselves a little gift: the totally renovated and refurbished hotel with 21 newest first,  superior andsuite rooms….along with this dynamic, friendly and young website.

Our 27 rooms are situated in two buildings: 21 at Annunziata hotel and 6 at PRISCIANI palace, a small residence dating back to the XIVth century and located only 150 feet from the Annunziata.
 
Our style of interior decorating??? No doubt it is essential, but not minimal, fashionable but not pretentious, made to be warm and inviting, but yet high- tech in its environments. A style that meets the taste of businessmen, as well as of those who come to enjoy the entertainment, events and art that Ferrara offers.

Rooms are available in three different sizes:  first  room, superior, suite to offer you enough space and freedom to suit your budget. For small and large families and groups we suggest you choose the PRISCIANI rooms, so unique and full of history and art. Your health is so important for us that Prisciani and Annunziata are completely non-smoking and also at the Annunziata Hotel we are equipped with a defibrillator with Zeno, Biancamaria, Massimiliano, Anna, Giovanni and Claudio enabled to use it 24h. a day: we are one of the few hotels in Italy to have it. A free choice but that we believe so much.
