\nThe kind you can\u2019t find anywhere else, because here, you\u2019re standing in front of the Estense Castle, and that alone changes everything. Our WOW Breakfast has changed. We no longer want to impress with abundance. We want to do it through our identity. From Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., a carefully curated buffet awaits you, where every choice makes sense.<\/p>\n
You won\u2019t find 12 jams that are all the same. You\u2019ll find just a few, but they\u2019ll be the right ones: artisanal, local, and authentic jams.
\nYou won\u2019t find \u201cstandard\u201d charcuterie. You\u2019ll find Ferrara: rosa salami, zia ferrarese salami, and rolled pancetta.
\nWe offer a selection of cheeses from Emilia-Romagna, local bread, and Romagna piadina.
\nAnd then, we really pay attention: we have a dedicated, safe gluten-free corner, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
\nAnd for those who like to start their day with a little surprise\u2026 a glass of Bosco Eliceo white wine.
\nThe coffee shop? Espresso, just the way we like it. Professional DR COFFEE machine, artisanal coffee, and the freedom to make whatever you want, whenever you want.
\nAnd every now and then, almost like a scene from home, a bell rings, announcing a hot moka pot of coffee.
\nWe\u2019ve opted for smaller portions and continuous restocking. More freshness, more quality, less waste. Because, yes, sustainability starts at breakfast too.<\/p>\n
WOW Breakfast is also open to those who aren’t staying with us. All you need is a breakfast fiche, and you can sit here and experience Ferrara at a different pace.
