Sustainable tourism is not a fad. It’s a path forward. And we’ve taken it seriously. Sustainability is a word that risks remaining just empty talk if it is not backed by concrete choices. We try to do this every day, through small actions and big decisions. Here’s what we’ve done so far. And what we’re still building.

What you just read is not a manifesto. This is a list of things we actually do. No hidden plastic in the bathrooms. No unnecessary paper. Safe, good water for everyone, with no need to buy anything. Linens produced by an ISO 14001–certified company. A bike and e-bike charging station in the courtyard. We chose local suppliers, even when it cost a little more. And then there’s the part we like best. When you decide not to tidy up your room, the savings don’t stop there: they go to support the Bosco Integrale—50,000 square meters of nature saved from overdevelopment in Cento, a place where people, animals, and plants coexist. It’s a real place, where environmental education is provided, vulnerable individuals are welcomed, workshops are held, and people can breathe again. This isn’t just talk. It’s a place you can visit. We don’t have a sticker on the wall. Not yet. But we have a forest.
