Pet Friendly Policy

At Hotel Annunziata, we believe that traveling is even more enjoyable when shared with those we love. And yes, for us, dogs are part of the family. We are located in the heart of Ferrara, in front of the Castello Estense, and we have designed a welcome that also includes your four-legged friends.

Pets allowed
• We only accept dogs
• Maximum weight: 15 kg
• Maximum number: 2 dogs per room
• For dogs weighing more than this, prior authorization from the management is required
• Guide dogs are always welcome and there is no extra charge

Supplement €15.00 per day per dog
The supplement includes:
• “HAPPY BOWL” welcome kit
• Extra daily cleaning
• Thorough final sanitization
• Careful removal of hair
• Specific treatments to ensure comfort for subsequent guests (including allergies)

Upon arrival, your dog will find:
• Mat
• Foldable bowl
• Blister pack of sanitary bags
• Bone/dental snack

Breakfast with your dog
You can have breakfast with your dog in the reserved area of the breakfast room. Just ask our team where to sit.
It is important to us that this moment is shared too.
Rules of coexistence
To ensure peace and quiet for all guests, we ask for a few simple considerations:
• Dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas
• They cannot be left unattended in the room
• During room cleaning, dogs must be present with their owner and kept on a leash
• Dogs are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, or tables
• Do not use hotel towels or linen for your dog.
• We ask for your cooperation in preventing persistent barking.
In the event of behavior deemed disruptive or dangerous, the management reserves the right to terminate the stay.

Responsibility
• The hotel is not responsible for any illness, loss, or accident involving your dog.
• The owner is fully responsible for any damage to people, furnishings, or the structure.
• Any damage will be charged.
