Wow!!! Breakfast

We’ve always believed that breakfast should be a special moment. Today, we want it to be something more.
An experience.
The kind you can’t find anywhere else, because here, you’re standing in front of the Estense Castle, and that alone changes everything. Our WOW Breakfast has changed. We no longer want to impress with abundance. We want to do it through our identity. From Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., a carefully curated buffet awaits you, where every choice makes sense.

You won’t find 12 jams that are all the same. You’ll find just a few, but they’ll be the right ones: artisanal, local, and authentic jams.
You won’t find “standard” charcuterie. You’ll find Ferrara: rosa salami, zia ferrarese salami, and rolled pancetta.
We offer a selection of cheeses from Emilia-Romagna, local bread, and Romagna piadina.
And then, we really pay attention: we have a dedicated, safe gluten-free corner, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
And for those who like to start their day with a little surprise… a glass of Bosco Eliceo white wine.
The coffee shop? Espresso, just the way we like it. Professional DR COFFEE machine, artisanal coffee, and the freedom to make whatever you want, whenever you want.
And every now and then, almost like a scene from home, a bell rings, announcing a hot moka pot of coffee.
We’ve opted for smaller portions and continuous restocking. More freshness, more quality, less waste. Because, yes, sustainability starts at breakfast too.

WOW Breakfast is also open to those who aren’t staying with us. All you need is a breakfast fiche, and you can sit here and experience Ferrara at a different pace.
We could tell you a lot more. But we’d rather let those who’ve already experienced it speak for themselves.
If you read the reviews, you’ll notice that one word comes up a lot: “unexpected.”
And that’s exactly what we wanted.
