We have always believed that breakfast should be a special moment.
Today, we want it to be something more: an experience you can live only here, facing the Castello Estense.

Our WOW Breakfast has changed.
We no longer aim to impress with abundance, but with identity.

From Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 9:30 am
Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 am to 10:00 am
a carefully curated buffet awaits you, where every product has a reason to be there.

You will find:
Carefully selected local artisanal jams (not 12 anonymous ones, but a few authentic choices)
Traditional salumi from Ferrara: salame rosa, zia ferrarese, rolled pancetta
Selected cheeses from Emilia-Romagna
Local bread and Romagna piadina
A dedicated and safe gluten-free corner
Vegetarian and vegan options
And for those who like to dare… a glass of Bosco Eliceo white wine

Our coffee is freshly prepared to order using a professional DR COFFEE machine and artisanal coffee: you can enjoy as many cappuccinos, espressos, or macchiatos as you like, whenever you wish.

We have chosen smaller portions and continuous replenishment: quality, freshness, and less waste.
Because sustainability also begins at breakfast.

The WOW Breakfast is open to external guests as well: simply purchase our breakfast voucher and sit down to experience Ferrara at a slower pace.
