It is a quote from A WEDNESDAY FROM LIONS (one of my favorite films) but there is no more apt phrase to describe Davide’s dream come true with IL MOLO. A “British pub” as he defines it, a place where you can taste rare beers with the most innovative and different styles. I have a passion for sour beers and the new IGA style and here I can finally satisfy my cravings. Thanks Davide for your splendid and precious research work in the vast world of beers.
